MBR Technology LLC ("MBR," "we," "us") is the contracting party. This page is about this website and messages you send us. Consulting engagements and personnel data are covered by the MBR Technology LLC Data Privacy Policy (v1.1, approved 2026-07-03). If the two differ, that policy governs engagements. A signed customer agreement or DPA governs if it conflicts with either.
This website
This site does not ask you to create an account. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising networks. Fonts are stored on this site. We do not load fonts or scripts from Google or other advertising networks.
If you email or call us, we see what you choose to send: usually a name, work email, phone number, company, and the reason you reached out. Our email and phone providers see that too, because that is how the message gets to us.
The site host may log a technical visit (for example an IP address and the page you opened) so the site stays up and we can notice abuse.
We use that information to answer you, to talk about working together if you ask, to keep ordinary business records, and to keep the site working. We do not sell personal information.
Engagements
When MBR acts as a supplier or professional-services provider, the company policy describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who sees it. In short:
- We are the controller of personnel, due-diligence, engagement, and company contact data we hold as the supplier.
- Customer Content on the Ainzel platform is processed only on the customer's instructions. That is covered by the Ainzel Data Privacy Policy, not this website notice.
- We name the people who will work on an engagement. We do not assign anonymous staff.
- We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Your choices
